We accept payments of the payment cards VISA / Dankort and MasterCard as well as MobilePay. No fee is charged for the payment.
The amount will only be deducted from your card when the item is shipped or arrives at the store.
It is possible to order delivery to the Blackbird store in Copenhagen (Torvegade 30), to a private address and to a PostNord collection point.
For particularly large frames and orders, delivery can be ordered on pallets.
Shipments to private address are sent with and delivered by PostNord.
The shipping price depends on the delivery address:
Delivery to store = 0 DKK
Delivery to private address = 79 DKK
Shipping on pallet = 650 DKK
Delivery can only take place in Denmark. There is a delivery time of between 7-21 working days from the time the order is received until it is delivered.
Right of withdrawal
Only custom manufacture is sold at www.blackbirdonline.dk, which means that the right of withdrawal lapses when ordering, as it is a custom manufacture according to the customer’s own wishes.
You can not regret by simply refusing to receive the item.
Right of complaint
The Purchase Act’s defect rules may apply to purchases of goods.
When you shop with us as a consumer, you have a 24 month right to make a complaint. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.
You must complain within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect in the item. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipment so we can refund your shipping costs.

In order for you to enter into an agreement with us, we need the following information:

We register and pass on your personal information to PostNord in order to deliver the item to you.
The personal information is registered with Blackbird and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
As registered with Blackbird, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right of sight into what information is held about you. You have these rights according to the Data Protection Act and inquiries in this connection should be directed to: email@example.com
Right of appeal
If we do not succeed in finding a solution, you can lodge a complaint with the relevant boards in the area, provided that the conditions for this are met.
